The present situation

Hi everybody,

it has been a difficult time since the earthquake took place, but we are ok. We have been very lucky and the city where we live has not been much affected even though we are not too far away from places which have been completely destroyed. On one side, we are far enough from the coast so that the tsunami has not been a problem. On the other side, our city has many modern buildings and is very well prepared for earthquakes like the majority of the country. Currently, the radiation levels are low in the air and in the water and there is no problem with food. The repairing of the nuclear plant is a long-distance race that we are continuously following for our own security. I had another post prepared but it does not match at this moment, so I have decided to write something about our experience here, like this, you can get a feeling about our situation. The first will be about the earthquake... the 11M.
